# For the base:
6 eggs
1 cup sifted flour raising agent or add 1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk (whole)
# For the cream:
400 ml sweetened condensed milk
300 ml condensed milk without sugar
300 ml cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract vanilla or 2
30 ml white rum
# For decoration:
2 pm. h. Pastry cream
powdered sugar to taste

Beat egg whites to snow, sugar was gradually added, then add the egg yolks, one by one. Add milk, flour. Spread the pan with butter (plenty), sprinkled with flour, pour the mixture and smoothed. Bake until golden. Beat all the milk, vanilla and rum over low heat, without much heat. With a fork to prick the base to better absorb the cream. When pouring the cake, cream must be cold and warm the base (or vice versa) to take well. Leave in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Beat two cups cream, sweetened to taste with powdered sugar, add vanilla and decorate the cake. Cream decoration to add fruits of your choice. Serve as a side add the cream.
