Shumen buns

Ingredients
2 cups milk
pinch of salt and sugar
1 cube of yeast (42 g)
about 1 kg of flour
# TOPPING:
125 g butter
2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg
2-3 tbsp yogurt

Method
Yeast dissolved in milk with sugar and salt. Leave to rise. In a deep bowl sifted flour and add yeast. Knead dough. In a greased baking dish put the balls rolled in greasy hands - apart from one another. Leave to rise. Pour a mixture of melted butter, breadcrumbs, yogurt, salt, 1 egg. Bake in a moderate oven until ready.
