Snails with olives

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
150-200 g pitted black olives
2 cloves garlic
1 hot pepper optional
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
3 small fish canned
3-4 tbsp olive oil
black pepper

Method
All products without dough Strain, become a paste. Thaw puff pastry spread and well smeared with olive paste, as the edges are left 2 cm not oiledi.
