Soup with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients
200 g mushrooms
80 g spinach
50 ml sunflower oil
700 ml warm water
2-3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp flour
400 g yogurt
80 g spicy cheese
black pepper optional

Method
Mushrooms finely and sauté until ready in the hot fat. Add blanched, drained and chopped spinach. Make hot water. Allow to boil slightly. In a separate large bowl mix milk with flour. Add chopped and crushed garlic cloves. To this mixture a little and with stirring (to not become marbles flour) is poured downloaded from the heat mushrooms. Put it on the stove to boil about 5 minutes. Once slightly cooled, add chopped into small cubes cheese. Season with ground black pepper in serving. The cheese enough salted dish and extra flavor can be made optional after serving.

I hate spinach ... but certainly tasty mushrooms.

Spinach can be changed with little dock or sorrel. Maybe with wild garlic and then drop the garlic cloves.
