Ingredients
200 g mushrooms
4-5 large potatoes
1 onion
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
paprika

Method
Washed and sliced ​​mushrooms smothered in fat together with the finely chopped onion until soft. Add peeled and cut into small cubes of potatoes, red pepper and salt to taste. Make up to 1 liter of hot water and boil until potatoes are soft. Soup sprinkled with chopped parsley.

A great and easy vegetarian soup! Usually I'm doing with stumps of mushrooms. Do not smother the products and put them in boiling salted water.

Very nice and light soup. Suited for certain types of diets. I did a bit replacement - instead of parsley, I added dried celery.
