Sour dried fruits

150 g dried fruit of your choice - apricots, peaches, apples, pears and other
60 g starch
100 g sugar
1 liter of water
citric acid to taste
Wash and soak in the water or enameled glass container dried fruit for 3-4 hours to swell. Then boil them in the same water on low heat for 30 minutes and them drain.
