Ingredients
200 g broccoli
300 g chanterelles (or other)
500 g spaghetti
50 ml olive oil (sunflower oil)
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp thyme
salt

Method
Boil the spaghetti. Broccoli florets and tear with mushrooms are blanched in salted water for a maximum of two minutes. In a pan put olive oil, crushed garlic and thyme. Fry for a while and add the broccoli and mushrooms. Stew 5 minutes and add the drained pasta in.
