Spinach braunis

500 g spinach
1/4 cup olive oil
red pepper
2 eggs
1 cup milk
200 g grated cheese
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
pepper, salt
dried parsley, dried mint

In oil stew the onions, peppers and spinach. Leave to cool. In a bowl, stirring the flour, baking powder, black pepper, salt, parsley and mint. Then add eggs and milk. Stir and add a nice cheese and spinach. Pour into a greased and floured pan (diameter 26 cm). Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for about 20-25 minutes. * I do not put all the cheese in the mixture and let small and sprinkled on top. * 1 cup = 240 ml

Bravo, Suites, looks pretty tasty! Name me a bit misleading, I thought it was something chocolate in combination with spinach:-) Can be eaten cold or fights?

Georgi2009 sorry that this happened. I think that just because the curd or cheese happened gletavo. I've never done it with cheese, but it really is a good idea to try.

It was great! My baking pan is bigger and became thin, but very tasty.

I can do it, but without pepper

It was really delicious! And when I get a little more intense green color, maybe because I used frozen spinach. This, however, did not affect the taste :)
