Sponge cake with blue cheese and nuts

Ingredients
200 g flour
50 g raisins
80 ml cognac
3 eggs
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)
50 ml cream
200 g blue cheese
40 g nuts of your choice
pepper
salt
Method
Raisins are put in the cognac to swell. Flour mixed with baking powder, add the eggs and gradually add cream, crumbled blue cheese, in large pieces chopped nuts and raisins with cognac. The mixture is seasoned. Mix well and pour into a suitable container. Bake until golden in a moderate oven.
