Sponge cake without fat

Ingredients
3 eggs
70 g of powdered sugar
1/2 cup flour
200 g almonds or walnuts
80 g raisins
rind of 1 lemon
Method
Is broken yolks with the sugar and add to the beaten whites separately. Add sifted flour, chopped nuts, raisins and grated peel. Pour dough into cake form, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, and bake at 180 C for 40 minutes. Allow to cool in the form.
