Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet, sliced very finely
400 g canned peeled tomatoes, drained
4 potatoes, cut into thin slices
2 zucchini, sliced
link onion, finely chopped
1 packet MAGGI Fix Béchamel sauce Béchamel or ready
100 g of cheese, grated in large pieces
1 cube chicken broth
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Onion stew in the oil for 1 minute. Add the meat and fry while stirring until pozachervi. Pour the tomatoes and crushed bouillon cube. Everything simmer 3-4 minutes. The potatoes are placed for 5 minutes in boiling water and drain. In pan lining layered potatoes, meat mixture and courgettes. Fix is prepared according to package directions and pour it moussaka. Put it to bake for 30 minutes at 180 C. Sprinkle with cheese and bake again until browned.
