Method
The cleaned chopped cauliflower florets and place for 10-15 minutes in salted cold water to remove ( if there is any) worms. Florets rinsed and rank in the jars. Add pepper and flooded with slightly salted hot water (1 L of water - 1/2 tsp salt). The sealed jars are sterilized for 30-40 minutes. Turn down with the cap and leave so until cool.
