Stewed lamb chops with potatoes

Ingredients
8 lamb chops
2 onions
4 peeled tomatoes
1 kg potatoes
30 g butter
1 tbsp sunflower oil
# breading:
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp mint
salt
pepper
Method
Oval chops in flour with spices, then dip in beaten eggs and fry in heated butter and sunflower oil. Remove and put in a glass pot. In the same oil fry the chopped onions and diced tomatoes and potatoes. Pour over chops breaded, put it 1 cup hot water, put the lid and bake for about an hour and a half of moderate oven. Then removing the lid and bake for a further 15 minutes.
