Ingredients
500 g strawberries
3/4 cup (150 ml) sweet wine
3 tbsp caster sugar
100 g cream
vanilla sugar

Method
Cleaned strawberries sprinkled with sugar, pour wine and leave for half an hour in the refrigerator. Then arrange on a plate and decorate with whipped cream sweetened with vanilla sugar.
