Stuffed mushrooms for microwave

Ingredients
12 large field mushrooms
lemon juice
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tomato
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tsp (5 ml) sunflower oil
salt
pepper
Method
Mushrooms are cleaned, washed and dried. Stumps are removed and caps to scatter with lemon juice. Stumps are finely chopped and mixed with lemon juice, chopped onion and crushed garlic. Tomato, infused with boiling water (1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) of water in a beaker for 1 minute at 600 W power), peeled and seeds removed. Cut into small pieces and together with the finely chopped parsley is added to vegetable mixture. Put them with spices and this mixture is stuffed mushrooms. Smeared bowl with sunflower oil, mushrooms rank inside and fell forward. Bake 6 minutes at power 600 Deut.
