Stuffed peppers with polenta

Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
300 g smoked brisket
200 g feta cheese
1.5 kg peppers - bell peppers
butter
parsley
sunflower oil
Method
From the cornmeal and 3 cups cool water is cooked hominy. Cut smoked breasts into cubes and fry in a little sunflower oil. Add crumbled feta cheese and stir. Peppers are cleared by the lids are retained. Filled with row polenta, smoked breast row, row feta cheese on it and put dab butter and then Cover with lid.
