Stuffed peppers with rice and vegetables

Ingredients
6 green peppers
1 cup Rice
parsley
root parsley
1 carrot
1 head celery
tomato juice
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup green peas
salt
Method
Peppers washed and cleaned of seminal part. Washed and chopped vegetables are steamed with rice and the oil to poluomekvane. The resulting mixture is seasoned with salt, filled peppers and cook tomato juice until soft.
