Stuffed tomatoes with stale bread and minced meat

Ingredients
200 g of stale bread
250 g minced meat
10 tomatoes
3 onions
70 ml sunflower oil
30 g butter
50 g cheese
1 bunch parsley
pepper
salt
drained yogurt to garnish

Method
The bread is cut into small cubes and bake. On the bottom of each tomato cut flap inside subtract and add salt it lightly. Chop finely and stew in the oil with a little water. When tender, add to it minced meat. Stews, stirring, until the meat becomes grain mass. Add half of the inside of the tomatoes, cut into small baked bread, more than half of chopped parsley, salt and pepper. The mixture is stirred well and it filled tomatoes. In a buttered baking dish pour the remaining half of the chopped tomatoes inside. Top rank stuffed tomatoes with opening up, put on each little piece of butter. Pour 1 cup water. Bake at moderate temperature for 40 minutes. Shortly before the dish out of the oven, on each tomato is placed a thin piece of cheese. In presenting garnish with drained yogurt (extruded shapes optional), cut flaps and parsley sprig.
