Tiganitsi with mushrooms

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tsp flour
1 cup water
2 tbsp canned mushrooms
3 slices of dry bread
salt, pepper
sunflower oil
Method
Flour is blurring with water, add the eggs and salt and crashed. Cut out crusts of bread, the middle one is naronva in the mixture. Add the mushrooms, sprinkle with black pepper and mix well. If the mixture is not thick enough add some more crumbs. Scoops of the mixture with a spoon and pour in the heated sunflower oil. Tiganitsite fry until browned.
