Tomatoes Plakia

Ingredients
1.5 kg ripe tomatoes
3-4 onions
10 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 cup sunflower oil
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Wash tomatoes and cut into slices with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Peel onion cut into thin slices. Small pan smeared with sunflower oil and the bottom rank tomato rings. Cover with a layer of onions, scatter with sunflower oil, bread crumbs, parsley, pepper and salt. Next were again tomatoes, onions and m. N. The dish is baked in a moderate oven about 90 minutes until the fat remains. Serve cold with a side of white rice.
