Ingredients
# 1 serving:
1 trout
flour
salt
pepper
# For the sauce:
20 g carrots
1 mushroom (or other mushrooms)
20 g leek
1 clove garlic
fresh thyme, celery
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt, pepper
# For garnish:
1 potato
parsley
1-2 cherry tomatoes
butter
oregano
Method
