Vegetable dish with cream

Ingredients
2 carrots
250 g peas
1 head celery
250 g potatoes
1 bunch parsley
salt
100 g cheese
100 g cream
Method
All vegetables are cleaned, washed and boiled. Drained of water. Potatoes cut into circles and line up in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle half the grated cheese and half cream. Cover with remaining chopped vegetables, grated cheese and pour the remaining cream. The dish is baked until browned.
