Vegetable soup with meatballs and mushrooms

800 g mixed vegetables
3 onions
1 tbsp melted butter
1 l meat broth
1 egg
pepper, salt
1 clove garlic
100 g mushrooms mushrooms
1 loaf
400 g minced meat mixture
2 slices cooked ham
2 tsp flaxseed
2 tsp sesame seed
3 tbsp parsley and dill
Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Peel 2 onions, cut them into cubes and stew them in the butter. Add vegetables. Pour broth and boil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the vegetables for about 10 minutes. Peel the remaining onions, garlic and finely chop them. Cut the mushrooms. Soak bread in water, squeeze it and crush it. Mix the meat with the onion, garlic, mushrooms and bread. Cut the ham into small cubes and mix with minced meat, adding flaxseed and sesame seeds, parsley, dill and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Make the mixture balls the size of a walnut and cook them in the broth for 10-15 minutes.
