Vegetable sponge cake

Ingredients
1.2 kg potatoes
300 g carrots
400 g spinach
120 g cheese
3 eggs
salt
# For the sauce:
500 g of cooked peas
20 g butter
salt
1/2 connection
Method
Parsley potatoes, carrots and spinach and cook passaged separately. Each vegetable is added at 1/3 of the cheese, an egg and salt. Cake be arranged in the form greased with butter so - potatoes, carrots, spinach and again potatoes (potatoes are divided into two). Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 160 C. Remove fthe oil and bake another 10 minutes. For the sauce pea stew with the butter, seasoned with salt, parsley and blend to a fine paste . Sauce cover bottom of dish and cover with pieces of cake. Can be served chilled.
