Vegetable Vinaigrette

Ingredients
400 g potatoes
150 g beet
200 g carrots
100 g pickles
100 g sauerkraut
1 apple
1 red onion (vodnyak)
1 tsp mustard
3 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
salt
pepper
Method
Cooked (best steam in a pressure cooker) potatoes, beets and carrots and pickles are cut into thin slices (may cubes or strips). Add well wrung sauerkraut, shredded, peeled and cubed apple, onion, cut into crescents and rub with salt - can be used and onions or leeks. All products are thoroughly mixed and seasoned with sauce of olive oil, mustard, pepper and salt. Vinaigrette can decorate with sprigs of dill or parsley. Can be made with mayonnaise.
