Walnut cream with oranges and raisins

Ingredients
500 ml milk
50 g walnuts
2 eggs
3 tbsp caster sugar
25 g gelatin
2 oranges
2 tbsp raisins
Method
Gelatin pour a little cold water and leave to swell. Kernels are roasted in a dry pan, cleaned of brown flakes and ground. Was added to the hot milk and the mixture was boiled for a few minutes. Remove from heat and mixed with the gelatin. Stir until it is melted completely. Yolks beat with powdered sugar, add slightly cooled milk mixture, beat-thick whites, cleaned and cut into pieces of oranges and raisins. Well stirred cream is distributed in glasses and leave in the fridge to set. Serve garnished with chocolate sauce, whipped cream or fruit.
