Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup ground walnuts
2 tbsp cocoa
2 vanilla

Method
Whip snow with sugar. Stirring with a spoon add the flour, the walnuts, cocoa and vanilla. In a pan on baking paper put 1 tsp of the mixture. Bake at 160 C to pale pink.
