White Christmas cookies

Ingredients
1 egg
500 g butter
100 powdered sugar
4 vanilla
10 g baking powder
1/2 tsp without peak ammonia soda
50 g of cognac
400 g peeled almonds
1 kg of flour
powder +2 vanilla sugar for sprinkling

Method
Precooking almonds. If you have not peeled, put them in a bowl of water to boil for a while, cool and peel. Any bademche cut it into 3 pieces and bake them in the oven to 100 C to pink. To slightly melted butter then add egg, sugar, vanilla and whip well, add the brandy, baking soda and ammonia, quenched with a little lemon juice or vinegar and finally almonds. And add the flour, the dough should be crumbly. There are also optional figurines or small balls for a bite. Bake at 190 C to slightly beige. In a large pot put powdered sugar with vanilla, roll still hot cookies one by one in sugar per second and arrange them on paper. Once they have cooled down well, sprinkle with plenty of sugar. Arrange them on a plate.
