Baguettes

Ingredients
500 ml water
50 g fresh yeast or 22 g of dry yeast
50 ml sunflower oil or olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
about 1 kg of flour

Method
Yeast dissolved in warm water. Half flour is stirred with a salt, honey. Add the remaining flour. Replace dough and finally add the oil. Divide into 4 portions formed of the Rods, put it in the tray, cover and leave to rise. Cover them with cold water, sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds and do not very deep cuts. Bake average 10 minutes in preheated oven at 250 C. Remove and put to cool.

recipe is easy and spolu4liva. do them 2 pyti week and home like them a lot. sometimes put spices like crushed chili pepper, basil and dried tomatoes and spicy it. my friends who are also provided with tried them like them. Thanks for the recipe.

I did let a half dose in bread machine to knead water swapped with milk, sprinkled with sesame and poppy, the end result was amazing bread -franzela.

Yes, simple, fast and delicious recipe. Just such recipes love them. Super became *baguettes*. Why quotes you? My little looked like bread, but all liked them. Crumb was left! Thanks and will definitely make them again!
