The wine is mixed with sugar, lemon juice and oranges 1 / 2 tsp cinnamon and allow to boil for 10 minutes. Add the gelatin (previously dissolved in cold water) and was allowed to melt. Pour part of the liquid in a curled shape and allowed to cool. Cut pieces of melon and watermelon and placed in the form. Then pour the rest of the jelly. The form is placed for half an hour in the freezer. Immerse thereafter in a container with hot water, to be more easily be removed from the cake shape.
