Fried potato balls with cheese

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
250 g cheese
3 eggs
salt, pepper
parsley or dill
flour for rolling
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Cook potatoes and blend. Add to them the grated cheese, eggs, salt and pepper, parsley or dill and kneaded well. Formed into small balls of the mixture (the walnut), rolled in flour and fry in highly preheated oil.
