Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
2 tomatoes - grated
1.5 kg potatoes
3 cloves garlic
200 g grated cheese
300 g mushrooms
50 g butter
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
pinch of thyme
2 tbsp parsley

Method
Cook potatoes with salt. Peel and Strain. Finally, put butter and mix of fluffy mashed. Onions and garlic sauté in the oil. Put and sliced mushrooms. After 3-4 minutes, is added with some water fuzzy mince. When the mince changes color add grated tomatoes. After 5 minutes, add pepper, parsley and thyme and remove from heat. Half paste is spread in the pan. Then, the minced meat is placed on it and the other half of the puree. Put it in a preheated oven at 220 C for 15-20 minutes. Finally sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden (only top heating element).

Bravo! I just did it, it was great;-)
I can not understand why you put such complexity. I made this recipe I definitely do not find it complex and time-consuming for! I think complexity and labor intensity are two different things. Dish gets very very tasty. I added, however, and pickled gherkins to the bed.
