Stuffed peppers with couscous

Ingredients
12-15 peppers
1 cup couscous (cooked)
400 g mushrooms
300 g chicken
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1. tsp dried parsley
sunflower oil
pepper

Method
Mushrooms and meat are cut very finely. In a suitable vessel browning meat and mushrooms. While red meat is added and cous-Kusa. While fry the mixture is stirred for about 10 minutes. Then add and spices. Peppers filled with the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 250 C. * The peppers are even better if flight with bechamel sauce.

And if the sauce made from broth, which are poured before the pods are put to bake it even better!

Original stuffing. Something different from the traditional rice.
