Zucchini eggs and cheese sauce

Ingredients
2 courgettes
100 g smoked ham or tenderloin
100 g cheese
2 eggs
4-5 tbsp flour
4-5 tbsp breadcrumbs or batter universal
sunflower oil for frying
# For the sauce :
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp yogurt
1/2 clove of crushed garlic or garlic powder
salt
pinch of finely chopped dill

Method
Courgettes are cut into thin rectangular slices. Ham and cheese too. Flour and eggs make a thick porridge. Between every two slices of zucchini put a piece of cheese and ham. Oval consecutively in flour porridge and bread crumbs and fry. All products sauce stir until a smooth mixture. Courgettes can be served with the sauce overwhelmed or he be served separately.

Bravo for the excellent suggestion! Very easy to follow recipe. I liked that zucchini fry preliminary, and so will be more juicy and dietary :)

Bravo, very nice recipe! Cordon bleu zucchini;-) And your pictures six - are very tempting!

I only them and then saute them cohere, can also be stitched together with cheese and dill also becomes delicious! However, I do them straight in breadcrumbs and egg and fried them.

And I tried with browning, but to me more so I like that they remain slightly crunchy. Matter of taste :) Thanks, that share it so everyone will be able to choose it as he likes.
