Grated salad - IV type

1 kg potatoes
eggs 5
200 g feta cheese
# For the sauce:
100 g mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp yogurt

For the sauce: mayonnaise mixed yogurt. Depending on your preferences and likes add yogurt or mayonnaise. potatoes and eggs are cooked. Then in a large bowl or salad shredding line potatoes, eggs row, row feta cheese, pickles and order some sauce. So alternate to run out of products. Optional you can leave the salad in the fridge to harden, but the potatoes absorb the sauce and it suhichka, so home is consumed on the spot.

This is a gorgeous salad. But I do make a little differently, rather than shave cheese and cheese sauce in a large size to splash it all.

*Favorite Salad* and in our home! I prepare it too with no sauce and sprinkle with paprika.

I beat and a clove of garlic in the sauce. Try!

Wonderful salad! I cooked in various ways but that like most of all at home. Now I'm doing just that. Bravo!
