Beans with gizzards

Ingredients
200 g beans
1 kg chicken gizzards
1 onion
1 carrot
celery leaves, parsley, mint
pinch of thyme, oregano
2-3 sage leaves
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp red pepper
salt

Method
Beans soak up the evening with warm water. The next day put to boil water, which is then discarded. Put beans in a saucepan, add the chopped gizzards, onion and carrot, pour water and bring to simmer. If boil in a pressure cooker, it takes about 45-50 minutes from the start of the steam coming out of the valve. In the oil fry 1 tbsp flour and when lightly browned, put 1 tsp paprika. This roux is watered well cooked beans and gizzards, add spices and salt dish and leave to boil for another 10 minutes.
