Onion stew with rabbit

750 g of meat rabbit
500 g onions
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
10 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1-2 (100 g) tomatoes
1/4 cup (50 ml) wine
1/2 lemon
bay leaf 2
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
4-5 peppercorns
The meat of the rabbit, cut into pieces, fry in preheated oil after subtract. In the same fat stew finely chopped onion, then add the tomato paste, flour, paprika, bay leaf, pepper, half of wine, a little broth or hot water and salt. In the sauce after boiling, is added meat. When the meat is tender, add onions, stewed in advance in the remaining oil, garlic and peeled tomatoes, chopped, slices of lemon and remaining wine. The dish is left to simmer on low heat until ready.

This is a big yummy. It is very easy to prepare. If you can put carrots. Good appetite!

Super is. You can add onions and 3-4 or 1-2 tsp sugar - it spicy.

is not exactly my taste. Pretty sour lemon. Maybe without it I would have liked more.

is really tasty and easy to prepare, and if topped with mashed potatoes or rice with vegetables becomes fantasy!
