Fish salad with garlic steam

Ingredients
1 hake or other zander
30 g flour
60 ml sunflower oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1 bunch fresh garlic
1/2 bunch of dill
salt
Method
The cleaned fish cut into pieces, add salt, add some flour and fry. Cut into small pieces of fresh garlic is placed in boiling marinade made from vinegar, sugar, salt and 200 ml water. After boiling, removed from heat. When the marinade cool completely, add chopped dill and fried fish.

I do similarly fried fish with fresh garlic, but I was intrigued by this way - to marinate. Will try.
