Autumn lasagna

Ingredients
500 g sheet for lasagna
500 g minced meat
500 ml milk
2 carrots
1 zucchini
1 green and 1 red pepper
400 g mushrooms
1 onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
500 ml tomato juice
4 tbsp flour
egg 1
60 g butter
basil, nutmeg
cheese for sprinkling

Method
Filling: onion, garlic and carrots are finely chopped and sauté with a little water and olive oil. Add the zucchini, cut into small pieces and mix. Add the minced meat and fry, stirring often. Add the mushrooms, when tender add the peppers, chopped. Add at least 500 ml tomato juice. Insert and basil mixture and allow to boil for at least 10 minutes. White sauce: In a pan melt the butter and pulling it from the heat to cool slightly. Slowly add flour, stirring vigorously in one direction only. In the milk and add the egg is broken. When the flour is absorbed by the butter, slowly pour the milk while stirring. Put it on to boil and stir continuously. Must boil at least 5 minutes. Season with nutmeg. Lasagna: The bottom of the tray is covered with 1/3 of the white sauce. Arrange a layer of pastry and cover with half the stuffing. Again row peel and other parts of the filling (can be made and more lines). At the top is placed order peel and pour the rest of the white sauce. Bake in a pre-heated to 180-200 C oven for about 20-30 minutes. Five minutes before being pulled from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese.

I loved the recipe. Teddy pan lasagna processed / blanched / or advance?

Bravo Teddy great recipe I liked. Italian cuisine most love lasagna. Will take this proposal only have one question. What weight is Multi-packs of sheet for lasagna? From my explanation was clear that queue 3 rows of 6 sheets, ie 18 pieces peel, but you can not count them in the box.

Desi peels are prepared according to package directions - some require treatment, while others benefit directly. This does not depend on the recipe but from the sheet, which you :)

I use sheet Primo Gusti, and process them in advance. They are 500 grams, but to me I always remain. There might be smaller boxes, but in our store have not seen.
To me is obtained with 2 boxes peel to do 3 above Laza below :)
