Roasted chicken legs with mashed vegetables

Ingredients
3 chicken legs with shoulder
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp red pepper
pepper, salt
1 large potato
1 carrot
1 onion

Method
Washed chicken legs arrange in pan and lightly salting. Make a mixture of the oil, soy sauce, mustard, parsley, red and black pepper, and it is smeared legs. Around them are the vegetables, cut into halves. Pour about 2 cups water and put to bake in a preheated oven to 250-300 C, from time to time be watered with sauce and vegetables turn to not get caught crust. As a bake everything vegetables are removed from the pan, add their little sauce and roasted smash to a smooth puree.
