Walnut pancakes with raspberry filling

Ingredients
250 g cottage cheese
220 ml milk
1 lemon
2 tbsp caster sugar
50 g starch
3 tbsp ground walnuts
2 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
200 g raspberries
sunflower oil
100 g flour
Method
The cottage cheese is mixed with 2 tbsp milk. Add the grated peel of the lemon juice and squeezed him. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Knead dough from starch, flour, nuts, egg yolks, salt, sugar and milk. Carefully add the beaten whites, stirring from the bottom up. The dough in a greased pan baked pancakes. Filling of cottage cheese mixed with powdered mashed raspberries and pancakes are filled with it. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour optional with chocolate topping.
