Method
Mix the flour, salt, sugar and dry yeast. Do well in the middle and add the oil, warmed milk and softened butter. Interfere dough about 5-10 minutes. The dough should be soft and not stick to the hands. Cover it with a towel and let it rest in a warm place at least 1 hour. Mix sugar with tahini halva. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. We take one piece and tochim, until about 2-3 mm. Mazhem then top with the filling (about 2 tbsp of each piece of dough) and rolled. Once you do the same with the remaining pieces covered over again with a cloth and leave to stand for about half an hour. Take a roll with your hands, like a rolling pin, stretch it as much as possible. Careful not to break. Then roll up like a snail shell. Redim in a baking dish. Smeared with egg yolk and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C about 20-30 minutes, until it turns red. After removing them from the oven, cover the top with a towel.

Does the be mixed with sugar or halva becomes crumbs and if so then how is brushed on the dough. Otherwise, the recipe is very interesting and I would try it.

To stir with a fork but pre splinter halva and mix them well. Take a spoon and mazhem. The mixture which is obtained is less crumb it depends on halvata. But covers. Just not quite blur the edges of the dough. The taste is excellent.

Seevgi, thank you dear. Will give them a try.

vav plate can put a little oil to covers on lesno.rezeptata like, well done

I tried the recipe and it was very nice. But I think MUST be placed over the filling. Thanks for the recipe.
