Semolina puree appetizer Niki

Ingredients
250 g semolina
250 ml sunflower oil
1 yolk
1 onion
1 tsp paprika
1 sprig parsley
3 black olives
salt
1/2 lemon

Method
Put to 1.25 L boil salted water. After boil, get out the pan from the heat and add gradually, stirring continuously semolina. The pan back on the stove and stirring over low heat boil to thicken. Leave to cool completely. With the mixer break up as semolina add a trickle the oil, grated onion, egg yolks, lemon juice and paprika. Decorate with parsley and olives.
