Crispy pork with sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients
400 g pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup flour bulking
100 ml carbonated water
salt
pepper
sunflower oil for deep frying
# For the sauce:
1 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
150 ml water
2 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 -3 tbsp brown sugar
salt
coriander or parsley for sprinkling
Method
The flour is mixed with carbonated water, salt and pepper. The meat is placed in the resulting mixture and stirred therein. In a deep pot pour 2 cm sunflower oil, heat and put the meat to fry small portions of 3-4 minutes until browned. Fry the meat is put to drain on kitchen paper. The sauce is prepared, as the oil is heated, add the tomato puree, stir 1 minuta and pour the vinegar, soy sauce, water and sugar. Once the boil a bit removed from the heat. Before serving, put the meat in the sauce and sprinkle with coriander.
