Soup with cheese

Ingredients
500-600 g potatoes
2 green peppers
1 onion
200 g feta cheese
yolk 1
2 tbsp yogurt
salt, parsley, lemon

Method
In a saucepan pour 2 liters water and add salt. When the water boils, add pre-cut potatoes into thin slices and chopped onions and peppers. Boil for 25 minutes and added well crushed with a fork feta cheese. Mix gently (care was taken not to crush potatoes) and boil for another 5 minutes. Thicken with yogurt, egg and a little lemon. Each serving sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.

my favorite soup. Bravo, Lucho! Great offer. I put all extra Cheese soup (it pretty much everywhere put it), but this is the classic potato soup with cheese. Very tasty! I personally would add just a little vermicelli.
