Eggs with pepper sauce

Ingredients
2 yellow or red peppers
200 g tomatoes
2 eggs
1/2 tsp oregano
1 stalk leek
sunflower oil
salt, pepper

Method
In 2 tbsp sunflower kindle oil stew leeks. Stir for 2-3 minutes and add peppers, cut into thin strips. After slightly tender, put the tomatoes, peeled and chopped and seasoned with oregano, salt and pepper. Allow to boil on low heat about 10 minutes without cover. The mixture is moved in pan and tap on it to the eggs. Optional can be lightly sprinkle with salt. Put to Constipation in preheated oven, until firm egg white.

may not be put in a baking dish, and fell forward with a lid and eggs veil of warmth.

We'll try and thus will save me a little dishwashing liquid.
