Ingredients
500 g peppers
300 g cottage cheese
3 onions
2-3 eggs
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
leaf parsley or celery

Method
Chopped onion peppers fried in a hot sunflower oil. Add the cottage cheese, salt, stirred for 1-2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture and pour the beaten eggs. Stir until the eggs harden. Before you remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Who can not use eggs, the dish can be done without them.
