Lemon muffins - II type

Ingredients
3 kg of flour
1 liter milk
10 g of dry yeast
2 tea cup sugar
25 saccharin
6 eggs
1.5 cup sunflower oil
3 vanilla
rind of 1 lemon

Method
Beat eggs with sugar, add half the milk warmer. Remaining milk is divided into two and one is dissolved yeast and the other - the saccharin. Of flour is done well, the mere flour is sifted before. In the well add eggs, sugar, milk and saccharin, the yeast, the oil, vanilla, grated lemon rind and kneads dough. Leave to rise about 1.5 hours. When risen, the dough is made into balls and spread, formed into buns and fill with jam. Shaped buns leave to rise for about 30 minutes, then coated with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated 200 degrees oven.

not less. With so yeast always rules and received. But if you think a little, try another package. :)
