Caramelized chicken with salad

Ingredients
1 kg chicken (small legs, wings, nuggets of breasts or legs)
200 g sugar
1/4 cabbage
2 carrots
1 cucumber
1 onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar (balsamic may)
dill
sesame seeds (optional)
2-3 tbsp olive oil

Method
Sugar is put in a saucepan with 2-3 tbsp water. Heat to give uniform caramel. Add chicken and fry in caramel about 2-3 minutes. Once the meat get caramel tan, add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp vinegar. Mix carefully, Cover and leave on low heat to boil about 20 minutes. While the meat is ready, cut cabbage, grated carrots, onions cut into in large pieces. Mix well and sauté in a pan with olive oil for 3-4 minutes to soften slightly as cabbage (not good to acquire a taste of cooking). Cabbage salad mixed with grated (or cut into sticks) cucumber, add dill and sesame. The prepared meat served with salad, which can be seasoned with soy sauce or pour caramel sauce.
