Marinated chicken wings with a crispy crust

Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
# For the marinade:
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 and 1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp savory
1 tbsp oregano
seasoning chicken
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dried parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp melted honey
3 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
# For the crust:
1 cup breadcrumbs
50 g sesame
45 g domes flavored chicken or crackers of your choice

Method
Prepare a marinade of all products listed her as fat, lemon juice and honey are placed last. Chicken wings thoroughly wash. Soaked in marinade ready, mix well by hand and allowed to stay in it about 2-3 hours. Domes are ground or crushed into small pieces. Mixed with breadcrumbs and sesame. Wings are rolled in breadcrumbs mixture and arrange in a greased tray. Add 1 1/2 cups water or broth, taking care not to wash away the crumb mixture. The wings are baked in a preheated oven at an average temperature of approximately 30 minutes. Five minutes before the baking tray is removed at the bottom of the oven and dopicha so. Serve with sauce optional.

Unique wings. With garlic sauce goes very well. I suppose will happen to small drinking. legs?

And the chicken legs were almost unique in KFSi
